Q. You are opening in March, are you licensed?
A. We are fully licenced by the local authority and the
certificate is in display in the kennels.
Q. Do you live near the kennels?
A. Our farmhouse is 25 yards away
from the Kennels providing 24 hour care.
Q. My dog is nervous around other dogs can you exercise him/her separately?
A. Of course, we are a small kennels and more than able to fulfil any special requirements including diet, medicinal and
exercise requirements.
Q. Are vacinations required?
A. Yes, up to date vaccinations are required. Kennel cough
is recommended (not within 1 month of boarding), but not a requirement.
Q. Do you accept dogs which are vaccinated
homeopathically?
A. Yes, we are happy to accept dogs using canine nosodes as long as we see a current certificate of
treatment from your vet.
Q. I'll be late picking up / dropping off my dog due to circumstances beyond my control,
will you charge?
A. We are very flexible just call to let us know! We have all been stuck at the airport or on the motorway.
Q. Can I view your kennels?
A. Of course, please ring to arrange a viewing.
Q. Do you provide beds,
bedding, toys etc?
A. We provide everything to ensure your dogs stay is clean, comfortable and enjoyable. However if
your dog has a preference for a particular bed, bedding, toy etc. then please feel free to bring these along for your dog's
stay. Dogs are often a lot calmer when they have something from home with them, be it toys or bedding so do consider bringing
something familiar along with your dog!
Q. Are you insured / do you have a vet on call?
A. Yes, we are fully
insured and have a vet on call 24 hours per day. Our terms and conditions will have full detailed information shortly.
Q. Are you able to feed my dogs their usual BARF diet?
A. Yes absolutely. We can also provide raw vegetables
such as carrots as chewy treats during the day if your dog is used to this.
